Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Role as a Travel Agency (The Service Framework)
  • Agency Intermediary Status: We operate strictly as a travel agent, meaning we facilitate bookings on your behalf with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transport providers).
  • Independent Suppliers: Because these third-party suppliers are completely independent businesses, we do not own, manage, or directly control their staff, fleets, facilities, or operational schedules.
  • Supplier Contract Terms: When you book through us, you enter into a direct contractual agreement with the final service provider. You agree to comply fully with their individual terms, check-in requirements, and liability policies.
  • Service Liability Waiver: We are not legally or financially liable for any service deficiencies, closures, operational errors, schedule changes, or bankruptcies on the part of these third-party suppliers.
  1. Booking Requests, Manual Verification, & Accuracy
  • Conditional Confirmation: Submitting a booking request, filling out an inquiry form, or inputting payment information on this website does not constitute a finalized, legally binding booking.
  • Manual Processing Window: All quotes and digital requests are subject to manual inventory verification by our agents. A booking is only officially confirmed once we issue a final confirmation email alongside an official booking reference number.
  • Passenger Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all traveler names, dates of birth, and gender markers exactly match the official government-issued ID or passport used for travel.
  • Correction Penalties: Any spelling corrections or structural changes requested after confirmation are subject to heavy supplier name-change fees, and in some cases, may require complete rebooking at current market rates.
  1. Quotes, Pricing Volatility, & Payment Terms
  • Dynamic Pricing Rules: All online quotes and estimates are subject to real-time price fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and supplier adjustments until the final payment is cleared.
  • Local Fees and Surcharges: Certain costs—such as city tourism taxes, mandatory resort fees, overnight parking, or cruise port fees—may not be included in our digital package quotes and must be paid directly to the supplier on-site.
  • Non-Refundable Booking Fees: Initial deposits required to hold limited offline travel inventory, as well as our agency’s internal service planning fees, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Late Payment Cancellation: Failure to pay the full balance of your itinerary by the specified due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservations and the complete forfeiture of your initial deposit.
  1. Cancellations, Amendments, & Refund Procedures
  • Written Request Mandate: We do not accept cancellation or modification requests over social media, text message, or voicemail. All changes must be submitted via email or through our official online portal during standard business hours.
  • Agency Administrative Fees: In addition to whatever financial penalties are assessed by the airline, hotel, or tour provider, our agency charges a standard administrative fee per passenger for processing any changes or cancellations.
  • Strict No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in for a flight, tour departure, or hotel stay on time, the supplier will classify you as a “no-show.” This results in a 100% cancellation penalty with zero eligibility for a refund or alternate credit.
  • Supplier-Led Schedule Changes: If an airline or tour operator cancels or significantly alters a schedule, we will advocate on your behalf to find alternatives, but we are not liable for any secondary expenses (e.g., missed connections, separate hotel bookings).
  1. Passports, Visas, & Health Requirements
  • Sole Traveler Responsibility: You bear the complete, exclusive responsibility for obtaining, verifying, and maintaining all passports, transit visas, entry visas, and medical health clearances required by your destination countries.
  • Six-Month Validity Rule: Most international borders require that your passport remain valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date. You must ensure your documents comply with this standard.
  • Denied Entry Consequences: If you are denied boarding by an airline or turned away at a foreign border due to improper documentation or expired visas, we will not issue any refunds, and you will cover all emergency return expenses.
  1. Liability Limits, Safety, & Force Majeure
  • Incidental Loss Exclusion: We are not legally liable for any personal injuries, property damage, baggage loss, theft, emotional distress, delays, or additional accommodation expenses incurred during your travels.
  • Force Majeure Protections: We are completely exempt from liability for travel delays, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from unpredictable events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of war, strikes, pandemics, or government travel bans).
  • Mandatory Insurance Advice: We strongly urge every traveler to purchase a comprehensive third-party travel insurance policy that includes trip cancellation coverage, emergency medical evacuation, and lost luggage protection.
